At Shriha, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer exchanges at this time, we do provide refunds under specific conditions. Please review the policy carefully before making a request.
Eligible Refunds:
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
Damaged or Defective Item: If the item is damaged or broken upon delivery.
⚠️ In both cases, an unedited product opening video is mandatory to validate your claim.
Return Conditions:
Refund requests must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the address provided by our team.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and verified.
The refund amount will be transferred to your bank account via UPI within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom-made or bespoke products are not eligible for refunds.
Exchange Policy:
