At Shriha, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer exchanges at this time, we do provide refunds under specific conditions. Please review the policy carefully before making a request.

Eligible Refunds:

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

  2. Damaged or Defective Item: If the item is damaged or broken upon delivery.

⚠️ In both cases, an unedited product opening video is mandatory to validate your claim.

Return Conditions:

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the address provided by our team.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and verified.

  • The refund amount will be transferred to your bank account via UPI within 7–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom-made or bespoke products are not eligible for refunds.

Exchange Policy:
